My name is Winston,  and I want to do things differently. 

Starting in May of 2025, I have decided to remove the middle-man of an employer and provide services directly to my community! As a new business owner, my largest obstacle is proving my worth, so I really appreciate every honest review and I will compensate every recommendation with a stack-able discount!
 

   I have worked for plenty separate employers across half a dozen different industries and all of my career experience has illuminated one thing- a company will broadcast promises of being "customer first" but in practice the only interest any company serves is their own. I find it dishonest and frankly, I prefer to treat all people like people!! So I am taking matters into my own hands. 
I refuse to punish a client for any mistake I make.
I promise absolute transparency every step of the way. 
I promise to be easy to work with and to be as accommodating as my resources allow.
I promise to eat any unnexpected costs, so long as I have the ability(please note: this may appear on your invoice, but will not be included in your total)
I am confident that by proving myself to be loyally in service to my clients, rather than my finances, I will be able to stay busy enough to compensate for my low rates. 

   I have had jobs where my services cost more than $100/hr/tech while I happily made a fraction of the charge. I figure as long as I am able to communicate transparently, and maintain minimal debts or overhead; I can provide a service that actually meets my standards while offering rates that bring a genuine smile to my clients. 

   To keep my rates as low as possible, I have no intention of hiring any employees, or becoming certified as an electrician, plumber, or HVAC. These certifications and insurances only increase my fees and aren't necessary for the services I am already qualified and knowledgeable in.
